Professional Home Inspections Inc. was established in 1999 by Ralph Edwards. Ralph's vision was to provide home owners in the greater Toronto area (GTA) with a reliable and realistic condition report using a superior reporting system which complies with the code of ethics and standards of practice of industry leaders and recognized authorities. At Professional Home Inspections Inc., we provide a thorough home inspection and we take the time to clearly and carefully explain our findings using an oral and written Home Inspection Reporting system.

We believe that by making our best effort, and with superior communication, we empower our clients with the knowledge to make a balanced and informed decision related to one of the largest and most important investments of their lives.

In 2007 Yves Desjardins joined Professional Home Inspections Inc. as an associate of Ralph Edwards under the name of Professional Home Inspections (Halton-Peel ) Inc. and used the same superior home inspection reporting system. Yves Desjardins graduated with honours Humber College’s Home Inspection Program and was mentored by our founder, Ralph Edwards while he was in school. Yves has experience building residential homes, cottages and a few commercial projects in northern Ontario.

In the spring of 2010 Ralph Edwards retired and sold the business to Yves Desjardins. Yves now operates the business under it's original name of Professional Home Inspections Inc. and continues to use the exact same superior home inspection reporting system originally developed and used by Ralph Edwards during his time with Professional Home Inspections Inc.

We are available 6 days per week on an appointment basis, throughout the entire Halton, Peel region and surrounding areas including Guelph, Milton, and Orangeville.

We also service some west Mississauga areas in Peel region: Brampton, Bramalea, Malton, Peel Region, Meadowvale, Huttonville.
