Residential Home Inspection Fees

The fees for our services vary based on the location, age and size of the home. The table below presents our standard fee categories based on the size of your home. If your home falls outside the parameters we have set out in our pricing table below, then please contact us for a custom quote. All homes under 3,000 sq. ft. $350
All homes over 3,000 sq. ft. Call for quote
Note: Home Inspections are subject to HST. HST is not included in the above prices

** Thermal imaging is included in all standard home inspections **

Additional Inspection Services:
In addition to our standard residential home inspections as detailed above, the following specialized inspection services are also available for an additional fee: Since the above specialized inspection services are subject to variation in fees due to type, age and site conditons, we have intentionally omitted detailing their costs.

Methods of Payment: CASH or CHEQUE
Post-inspection telephone enquiries on any aspect of our inspections are encouraged. Any supplementary site revisits may incur a slight additional cost.

We also provide partial inspections for specific problems with your home. - Contact us for more information.

A commitment & appointment is required prior to commencement of the Inspection. The Home Inspection Contract can be e-mailed to our office to authorize an inspection ahead of time. Payment however is due upon completion of the home inspection and delivery of the oral and written home inspection report.

Please Note: The Home Inspection Contract and the Home Inspection Report are one in the same. The contract terms are detailed on page 1 of our comprehensive 22 page / 500 point Home Inspection Report.


Industrial/Commercial Building Inspection Fees
All Industrial/Commercial building inspections must be custom quoted. The cost of these commercial building inspections varies based on a number of factors such as:
