Use the form below to request a booking for a Home Inspection or booking a Commercial Building Inspection.
Home Inspectors are available Monday through Friday, with usual home inspection starting times of 9.00 am. and 2.00 pm. by appointment only. Weekend inspections can be booked provided the inspectors are available. Depending on the size and age of the home, the typical house inspection requires 3 hours to complete, document and brief the client. Appointments are scheduled directly by the client or by his agent.
In any case an appointment is considered firm, cancellations require a minimum 24 hours notice, minor adjustment to the schedule is usually acceptable. The client acknowledges by booking an inspection that he has accepted the terms of our inspection contract.
The entire report is presented to the client on site at completion.

All excluded items are clearly identified. Payment is expected at the completion of the inspection and delivery of the oral and written report to the client. Our fees are subject to 5% GST. Subsequent acknowledgement and scheduling via e-mail does confirm a binding contract for an inspeciton.
