All of our home inspections conclude with a review of the digital photos on our laptop, along with completion of our written Home Inspection Report. We augment our home inspection reports with a home operators manual (not a repair book), construction diagramsand concise explanations and suggestions for quick understanding of our findings and economical solutions for remedy. The entire collection of digital home inspection photos are reviewed with the client on a laptop along with presentation of a selection of the photos actually printed on site with comments added.
We have assembled a sampling of pages from our Written Home Inspection Report available to view online.
 We provide a CD containing all of the digital photos taken during the inspection, plus our handouts and construction diagrams to aid you in the repair and or correction of any specific deficiencies identified during the home inspection.
A summary page identifies components of the home in need of major attention within the first year and as many minor items as we can identify during the inspection, and how the general overall condition of the home compares with others of the same vintage and type in the area.
We provide a renovation cost estimator guide, (updated every 18 months) covering every imaginable renovation or repair to the home in order for the client to determine the approximate cost of future renovations or repairs.
The report is for the exclusive use of the client and no use of the information by any other party is intended. We provide our best guidance and advice on the expected costs for any major remediation.
